2 cans back beans
1. Wash your beans REALLY well
2. Saute up your onions & peppers
3. Add your beans, mushrooms and fajita seasoning.
4. Simmer it for about 10 minutes.
5. Done! Easy as heck wasn't it.
I served mine with whole wheat tortilla, re-fried beans, salsa, and vegan guacamole. It was so easy and very filling. I didn't price it, but it is very inexpensive. I will price it for y'all and get back. Enjoy.
